Tree of Life for Animals
Tree of Live for Animals are a passionate animal rescue charity working with street animals near Pushkar & Ajmer, Rajasthan in Northern India. Since TOLFA began in 2005, 26,000 dogs in the surrounding area have been sterilised and 32,000 vaccinated against rabies (India has the highest human death rate from rabies anywhere in the world). And every year they rescue 3,000 sick and injured animals from the streets.
The foundation has made donations for running costs and towards the building of a General Observation Ward so that TOLFA can treat even more vulnerable animals.
